Shipping
We currently ship across the UK using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Shipping rates:
- Standard UK Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48): £3.99
- FREE UK shipping on orders over £40
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days. During launches or busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information by email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order, as we cannot guarantee changes after purchase.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the personal nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on used or opened items.
We may only accept returns where:
- Your item arrives damaged
- Your item is faulty
- You receive the incorrect product
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@bybare.co.uk, including:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- A short description of the problem
If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or suitable resolution.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or handled beyond inspection.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery responsibility sits with the courier. However, we’ll always do our best to help if your parcel is delayed or missing.
Please allow:
- 48 hours from dispatch for tracking updates
- 10 working days before parcels are considered lost by Royal Mail
